Not complete pack...
I ordered complete package but I got only the wax.Strips and Spatula is not there in the Box.

Dissatisfied with the product
Very thick, extra sticky and hard wax. Not at all easy to move this from box into the heater. Once you apply the wax directly on skin, you will end up wasting atleast an hour to remove it. This wax made my day a mess. Please stay away or try it at your own risk.

Dissatisfied
No value for money. It is very difficult to remove the wax from the tin and put into the heater. It is not at all easy to handle this wax, it keeps sticking so much that you will end up only cleaning the mess and waxing becomes tough. This is not suggested for using at home unless you are a pro, using in saloon may be better. I have used this at home only once and i cant even return this. Disappointed!!!
