This whole series is good.
I have several of these booklets on my bench. I'm an armorer and they are great refreshers. Concise and well illustrated.

The most important points in a nutshell
This booklet is written to eliminate unnecessary description or information. It is concise and to the point. The black-and-white photos compliment it perfectly. If you appreciate brevity, this book will satisfy 100%.

Necessary Reference
German firearms have a lot of moving parts, this makes it clear on disassembly and re-assembly. Good to have around.

Good Information
Good Information, good book and pictures. I tore down, cleaned and reassembled a gun I had not seen before that had not been touched since 1949.

Save your money...
It's only $5.00, but there really is not much more in here than there is in a manual or otherwise readily available on just about any web page about the P38. It is nice to have a hard copy reference when you are detail stripping or checking something out, because of that I give it an average rating. If it had just a few details about hallmarks or years or maybe a little bit of history, etc, it would be a good little book. It's only 34 pages, so pamphlet would be a better description of this handbook.

Good reference for assembly/disassembly
This series of books is good as a manual for assembly and cleaning. Printing is fair (readable), but the page margins are very poor.It is a good "no nonsense" reference to have for each gun in your collection.
