I did everything I could to make sure I got a women’s size as the listing I was using showed - and still got a men’s size.Shoes looked good- box had seen better days.

I love the product, but for the process I expect them to be shipped in a sturdy box.They are cute however a tad to big.Will be returning

I swear by Birks. I thought I'd try out the suede style straps this time, and am somewhat disappointed. Softer on your feet, but a huge pain to slip on as the straps collapse down. Makes me not want to wear them when I'm going to drive somewhere, as I slip them off to drive—it can take 5-10 seconds to get them both one without using my hands in the driver's seat.

My podiatrist recommended Birkenstocks for my issues with bunions. These straighten out my toes and support my arches. They have relieved the pain I was experiencing. I am very happy with this purchase.

Love the rich color; definitely recommend sizing down. I am normally a 6.5; was shipped a 37, which was interchangeable.However, I returned and went down to a 36, and those fit perfect.

Same as first reviewer, box came ripped. This doesnt bother me, but I ordered the 9 women / 9 men and unfortunately received 9 men. I still cant figure out how to order the correct size. In my order history it shows 11 women /9 men but customer service confirmed i ordered 9 women. Clearly an issue in the listing, so head's up. Aside from the fact i got the wrong shoes, they are in great condition. The right shoe may have been tried on previously but definitely never worn outside.
