This is a time tested review 4 years in the making for Lutron MACL-153M
In August of 2015, I changed nearly every incandescent and flourescent light bulb in my house to FEIT LED's which I purchased from Costco. Most of the LED's are 9.5 watt (60 watt incandescent equivalent) of either the 'A' type or 'par 30' type, although there are others. At about the same time, I also purchased the Lutron MACL-153M dimmers (in multiple purchases all from Amazon). I currently have 12 of these dimmers and 3 companions for 3-way switching locations. I am dimming anywhere from one LED up to five depending on the light fixture(s) being controlled by the dimmers. After more than 4 years, I have only great things to say regarding both the dimmers and LED's. First of all, every dimmer is consistent. It doesn't matter how many lights within my range that I'm dimming. There is absolutely no buzzing or flickering anywhere nor are there any lights that won't go all the way off. I've gone through and programmed each of them so that one tap turns them on to approximately the 3rd or 4th (middle) indicating light depending on the room without delay. Two taps is full brightness. I programmed a 5 second delay to off. Even as the LED's are dimming to off, there is no flickering. I've even lowered the low trim from where it is factory set, so that they go almost all the way down with no issues - not quite as low as the old incandescents, but close. I also have them installed in my bathrooms. I know that may sound wierd, but just the thought of waking up in the middle of the night and turning the lights on to full brightness hurts my eyes! I only mention this because of the steam & moisture generated by showers. That was a concern of mine. Still, even these Lutrons are working like champs. We have been through multiple power outages and lightning storms over the course of 4 years and they're all still working great. In closing, besides saving money on energy, the best thing is that I have not had to replace a single light bulb or dimmer in 4 years. I love the features and that they are programmable. All 15 are working the same as when I first installed them. I am totally satisfied with my purchases and would definitely recommend.

So far excellent.
Install was easy, just follow the simple directions and your done. Only thing I found and it's not the fault of the Lutron switch, it's basically electronic 3-way switches. Even when they are turned off, there is always some minimal voltage still going out to the lights. In this case it was around 35 volts, another electronic 3-way that I tried, had 25 volts going out to the lights. If your using LED bulbs, due to their inherent energy efficiency, once you turn the switch off you may find you lights are still lit. But it is so minimal that you probably won't notice it until it is very dark in the room. But in that case, I feel your defeating your energy savings, by having lights that are actually on, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The bulbs I had in my kitchen were Sunco dimmable BR30's, which I never had an issue with, but would still be lit after turning the switches off, not just these Lutron's but also a set of Top Greener. In the case of Top Greener they had no idea what to do to fix this issue, other than send the switches back to them, or put an incandescent bulb in place of one of the LED's. Now with the Lutron they have compatible bulbs they recommend for their switches, the ones I picked were Philp's BR30's, readily available at Home Depot and because our local energy company applies an immediate rebate, 3 bulbs were selling for $7.45, pretty cheap. Installed them and after it had been dark for sometime, turned any other lights off that might take away from the darkness and no issue, they didn't glow at all.Actually appears as though the Philips, must have a built in switch, so when they reach a certain voltage it opens the switch inside the bulb, turning them off completely. Then can be dimmed down to a very low lighting effect, but once you turn them off, they dim down to a point then just go out instantly. As with the Sunco, they would dim down all the way to nothing, but never really go out completely. So if you plan on installing an electronic dimmer on LED's look for compatible bulbs.

The best solution for a Multi-Pole Dimmer Beyond 2 Switches
I have these 2 installed along with 1 other Lutron Switch in my Kitchen as my Kitchen uses a Triple-Switch setup. Most dimmers cannot use more than 2 switches; this one has a little "network" where it actually remembers where you have set your dimmer and each switch has its own dimmer buttons. Truly a great product that is basically a one of a kind. I am really happy with my setup. If the switches fail I will report back but otherwise count me as a happy customer! The ability to have both Black and White faces is also awesome because the way my house is laid out; one of the switches had to be white and on the same circuit! My whole setup is LED and it works totally fine without flickering 99% of the time.
