I hate this tablet I even called the 1800 number they would get back to me in 4 to 8 days
I bought this tablet because i thought it would help me when I'm at work so I can do my classwork during my break that piece of crap wouldn't go pass the infotmic screen. Who sells useless junk that's so disrespectful on all levels.

Read the reviews first/Battery gets hot
I got this today and on time to. I started wall charging the tablet.Two hours later the tablet was still not charged. The charger was getting too hot for me to continue. I got worried about that. But hubby said it was normal but to keep an eye on the charger.That made me even more nervous.It's not worth sending it back. I only paid $49.00.Next time I will read all the reviews.

TURNS ON HITS THE SPLASH SCREEN, THATS ALL YOU GET IF YOU HOLD DOWN A BUTTON THE SPLASH SCREEN GOES AWAY TO TEXT THAT SAYS ....LOADING IN 5....4.....3....2....1. THEN UIT STOPS THAT IT NO OS, NO APPS NO NOTHING ELSE

Do not buy
I bought 2 and neither of them will go pass the splash screen , also they get very hot when charging . I would not recommend

Not A Good "First Impression"
Tablet was semi- "D.O.A." (it would only boot up to the "infoTMIC" logo screen). Amazon always takes care of me though, so they sent a pre-paid return label, and gave a refund. Going to pay more for another more popular brand. This may be an isolated incident, but who knows.

Buyer Beware
The tablet would not go pass the logo screen after the tenth try, it finally loaded but keep asking for updates after I updated it.

Don't work
Ordered the first one wouldn't even cut on then ordered a replacement same thing wouldn't even come on. Sent both back and ordered an amazon fire tablet.

Trash, Garbage, don’t waste your time
Garbage tablet won’t go past start up screen seems to be a big lots return item being sold by a 3rd retailer
