Overall this is a good and quick way to make mint juleps without muss or fuss. This is my basis for five stars. The syrup is green in color, so the finished mix is greenish as well. It is also more viscous than some other syrups. The mint flavor does come through, at least in the ratio that I use. So far I have not found sufficient difference between the brands that I have tried to rank one above the other. Some have commented on its sweetness; it is indeed sweet, but some of that can be controlled by the ratio of mix to whiskey. We drink ours chilled and neat, rather than over ice, so I find that one part mix to three parts bourbon is a good ratio for us. The recommended ratio of tbsps and ounces is awkward for making any quantity; best do a bit of experimenting to find the ratio that fits one's particular taste.

I don't know why the local markets here don't carry it. It taste great, and it is easy to make. I like it better than the homemade julips that I use to make. No more grinding sugar with mint leaves, and then wondering if there is enough sugar, or enough mashing. This makes it so much easier.

Party mix, very expensive for size.

We liked this flavor. Add to iced tea. Delicious.

I had 40 folks at my house for the Kentucky Derby. No way was I making that many from scratch. This did the trick. No complaints.

The bottle arrived quickly and was delivered with care. Product was fresh and I was able to easily make Mint Juleps, despite having no previous experience. Just add a couple spoonfuls to your favorite whiskey over ice. It has been hot and humid here now that summer is starting and it makes a nice refreshing drink. I will order again!

Much easier and tastier than using the old fashioned sugar syrup and tastes better too.
