The item states 3 minutes to put together, That was not the case at all. I was emailed the directions from the company prior to the shipment because they did not come with any. Very hard to follow said directions and pictures did not help any. We had to look up videos to figure this out.The part where you tape the banner to the unit well the covering on both were gone. States I got new but I feel that both were used as there was no plastic around them just thrown in the box.Very disappointed and would not order or recommend

These will work perfect for trade shows for our Plumbing company! It stands tall, a little tricky to put together..but worth every penny.

Top bar scratched my banner but it is good product

Very good item

I purchased this retractable banner stand, and it is too light weight to support the banner. It won't stand up straight, and falls over. I have to prop books under the feet and tilt it backward before the stand will stand straight. Not happy with this purchase.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. This has been great to take to marketing events for my store. It's very easy to use and carry.
