The comics are based on the internet video creation of Dane Boedigheimer, who, along with writer Spencer Grove, have generated a phenomenon with their tart hero.The adventures are silly fun, such as when human being Nerville builds a time machine that is so small it can only be used by oranges or when Orange tries to get on a cooking show --- until he realizes he's on the menu and runs away with his friends and crashes into several other shows.Annoying Orange: Orange You Glad You're Not Me? is good word-building and storytelling enjoyment for young readers.-- John Hogan
