Swiss Diamond…
Love it!!!Cooks food well. Easy to use and wash. The heat retention is kept steady at where you set it. The nonstick works well and the cookware is a 5 for durability. Looking to buy other pieces.

A Man Pan,
I have been buying swiss diamond skilits for many years, one like this last me for about two years before it gets to be to much of a pain to fry in. Of course I do not follow directions and only use wood or plastic utincils, I use steal forks and what not to cook with. A pan from wal mart will last me about 3 months, so there you go, swiss diamond is tough, it is as close as you can get to non stick cast iron, I love the weight spreads out the heat well and it pretty well stays put on the burner, other expensive copper or aluminum pans are not as non stick as swiss and they certainly wont last as long, I use the pan every day, I cook breakfast and supper in it, I have never used it in the oven but it says you can, The price is ouchy the first time you buy one but you soon realize it works out to be a good price if you have to go through 10 wal mart pans to make it two years, if your careful this pan could last a lot longer, I am very rough on my pans, I also use a scratch pad most of the time to wash all my pans and dishes, so that hurts them too,, save your lid from your first pan that way you can save40 or 50 bucks on the next one, I am using the same lid from 4 pans ago I think. Great pan, holds a lot, nothing sticks, buy it and enjoy a man tough fry pan big enough to feed the family from.

Perfect!
This is a terrific pan—I will never warp, it cleans easily and heats up evenly.

After 100-125 uses, it is still great to cook on and easy to clean.
I purchased 11" model as a Christmas gift for my wife. When I asked her what she wanted for Christmas, she told me diamonds. Of course, she was joking. As she was opening this gift, I told her I got her a diamond as she requested. Alas, she continues to bear with me. As for the pan, it has been used daily for the last three months. Our previous nonstick pan needed replacing after just one year. This pan has a uni-body construction and is very solid. Our prior pan was stainless steel from Calphalon and the handle was a bit wobbly when you picked it up. It wasn't a big deal, but something that you noticed every single time you picked it up. Now I notice how sturdy the Swiss Diamond feels every single time I pick it up.We have not had a single issue with anything sticking, and food cooks very evenly on it. I saw other reviews saying a film would build up or that it would wear down after longer use. So far, we have probably used it around 100-125 times over the last three months (we have a family of seven and there is a lot of cooking daily). After every use, we clean the pan with soap and water. So far, it still works just like when we bought it. Great to cook on and easy to clean. I highly recommend this product to anyone who will clean it after they are done eating the fruit of their labors.

It's as good as promised.
Lives up to its description in every way, sits level on the burner, without the use of any butter or oil omelettes slid out easily, handle is comfortable in the hand and does not heat up at all. This is my 4th Swiss Diamond non-stick pan and I would never buy any other. The other three are anywhere from 5 to 3 years old and performing as well now as they did when brand new.

Clean after each use!
Since I had a couple of these pans (different sizes) one recommendation I have to make (and there are others saying the same) is that the pan has to be cleaned (degreased with a dish detergent) after EACH use. Apparently, if there is some grease left, the heat cycling creates a hard coating that cannot be removed anymore and defeats the non-stick properties.I would not recommend putting it into a dishwasher. It may be too rough in the long run on the non-stick surface and it is definitely a problem for the silver metal piece between the handle and the pan. It is aluminum and that gets etched in the dishwasher (using the brand of the soap I use, but it is probably true for many].As for the size 7 in dia. It is cute and fine for one person cooking. If you can get it on sale, get it. I would still recommend the 8 in diameter for a small pan. It can be had for the same price (waiting for sale). The bottom diameter of the 7-in pan may be too small for many burners.

Stitch free almost
These skillets are great. I cook pancakes with no oil and either scramble or cook sunny side up eggs with a touch of butter. Clean up is a breeze. We bought these because they had no rivets holding the handle. We now have three of them, one in the camper and two at home.

Far From Non-Stick
This pan has some good features: good size and weight, nice shape, good handle. But it is definitely not "non-stick." I followed the manufacturer's instructions exactly: removed the packaging, washing the pan in warm soapy water, preheated it to a low/medium heat, did not use oil, and then added two eggs. It was a disaster. The eggs stuck fast to the pan surface and could not be successfully turned. When I finally scraped the eggs out, they left a brown residue stuck tightly to the pan. This is not an inexpensive pan, and I was very disappointed. I reached out by email to Swiss Diamond, but got no response. I returned the pan and will look for an alternative.
