The Urban Port38930 Industrial Style Mango Wood and Metal TV Stand with Storage Cabinet, Brown

This is such a pretty mid century style piece of furniture, it’s really such a shame because it arrived so beat up and damaged even though the box was in perfect condition. Obviously the manufacturer sends them in less than perfect condition. It arrived ahead of schedule by one day which was great, but some of the pieces are warped and there are tons of defects. First off the enormous crack in the lower shelf will in time affect the stability I am sure. I do love the look, but I am afraid I must send it back due to all the damage.

The first one I got, one of the legs didn’t fit. They couldn’t send me another set of legs so I had to be sent a whole new unit. The second unit I got is ok. The piece that keeps the doors from falling into the unit was rattling in the cabinet as I was bringing the unit in. Once I glued that piece back where it belongs I noticed both cabinet doors are not flush and the door knobs aren’t even either. Unfortunately, also the legs are a bit crooked.

Since there are no reviews yet for this item, I'll get the ball rolling. Overall the cabinet is very nice and looks just like the pictures. Seems well built and the real wood is nice. The drawers fit and work well. It was well-packed and assembly was a breeze. You just attach the legs. Took maybe 5 minutes. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars are there are some minor chips in the wood, particularly one if the drawers. I don't think it happened during shopping as the box was in good shape when it arrived and the packing materials were intact. It may have been the original wood used wasn't completely flawless. At any rate, the flaws are pretty minor and the piece is kind of rustic- looking anyway, so not a big deal.

I was not sure what to expect with this. There were very few reviews but there were fewer media console options that looked as elegant, simple, and full of character as this one at a reasonable price.The product was packaged well and came with some damages to the cardboard box, but the product itself was protected. I fell in love with the console as soon as I started peeling away the bubble wrap. The wood is beautiful. Its finish, grain, and coloring are so unique; I know there's no other console like it.The console is built solid - good quality wood, and comes assembled requiring just attachment of the legs which are sturdy and elegant to match. It probably took about ten minutes after unboxing to have it standing and in place. It's really quite beautiful and the multiplicity of tones really brings together all the different colors of my apartment. It's perfect for me and I am really very happy to have found a piece that does bring me joy.

Beautiful tv stand. Was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately one of the doors came cracked. The box wasn’t damaged so it wasn’t a shipping issue. It wasn’t really that noticeable but was still disappointing for the price paid, but after speaking with amazon customer service I was offered a partial refund which worked out well for me as I wasn’t overly excited about having to return it. Thanks amazon!

Mine had a couple of defects in the wood on the back. It's not really easy to see and can be fixed. However, it is solid mango wood with no particle/ply/chip used anywhere. I love the variations in colors. Parts of the wood are gray, others a nice warm tan to cool beige. If you like solid wood furniture + modern clean lines I recommend this one. My only complaint is that the lower shelf on the bottom does not have a hole for cables. I wish there were more mango wood furniture available w/ the same aesthetics.

Definitely took a gamble by ordering without any previous reviews, but this most closely matched the size and style of what I was looking for so I took the plunge. The item was well packaged and easy to assemble, although everything was quite dirty/dusty... my hands were brown by the time I got the 4 legs attached. The middle shelf of the unit does seem very slightly bowed, but it's barely noticeable and the wood otherwise seems to be of good quality. It coordinates well with my other mango wood pieces from West Elm and World Market.

Pretty good quality generally, there was a small dent in the shelf but otherwise pretty good. The quality of the wood is good amd the color matches the rest of the furniture we have and the pictures. It was a little bit of a gamble, but generally pretty happy with the purchase
