Installed Eventually
Initial review as I have only just got this installed.Item delivered quickly as usual from Amazon. You get a registration card and a USB stick, no mention of the use of the provided USB stick in the instructions though. You are directed to the Office setup site than was pain free.Having uninstalled my old faithful Office 2010 prior to setup it encountered a few problems, possibly due to the factory install of Office 365 so I uninstalled that as well. Errors on installation showed than an image of Office 2010 was still on my PC after the uninstall, googling removal sent me all over the place eventually leading me that the only cure was a PC reload after discovering that I could no longer revert back as an install my old faithful Office 2010 would no longer install on Windows 10, some cab file was now missing.Ignore the Google search results in this instance, many sites for 'fixes' were flagged had dodgy my my antivirus SW. Go to the Microsoft site and search. It looks like there is no one fix for all but I found one that allowed the install to complete.This would have been a five star review apart from the 5 hour head scratch to get the SW installed.I will post an update as needed as I use the application. It is a big relief that today (at least) I do not have to do a factory re-install as this can take many hours re-installing apps and approving Windows updates on a 2 year old PC.In summary, the product is good, installation could be a nightmare for the less PC savvy with old applications installed. Ultimately I got it working in 24 hours but I would not class myself as a PC novice, older programs and configurations would be incredibly time consuming for Microsoft to check every configuration from every PC manufacturers distribution.

Works first time without a hitch
Highly recommended. I purchased Microsoft Word 2019 as a standalone set of software for another computer from a company online; nothing but glitches from the word go. Strongly suspect as it was cheaper the closest it came to being genuine Microsoft was the name.This latest purchase for a new Samsung Laptop was genuine cost three times as much, but loaded and worked seamlessly from a standing start.

Pretty good once it finally loaded.
Installed eventually as I used the website and not the USB. It took ages to the point where I was about to abandon the whole process - just before I read one of the reviews which stated that the already pre installed office 365 so waited a little longer and it eventually loaded.
