I have used these for a very long time. I love Pure Encapsulation products in general. These help greatly with pain/Arthritis or inflammation. I have periodic flare ups with Arthritis in 2 fingers. These knocked the pain and swelling out in just a couple of days.I also used these for lumbar back pain in the past. I have 2 degenerative discs. It takes being consistent in taking them. It took about 2 weeks to get the pain under control but it was so worth the wait. Great product

Needed a product that was pure and highly effective. I have been taking this along with fish oil and have gotten some relief for my arthritic hands.

I take 2 before bed and have zero pain from arthritis. It takes a few months to build up in your system but they work!! I tested these by not taking for a week and I felt awful with pain in joints, hands and knees. I started again and pain went away. These are the real deal. Yes they are expensive but very much worth it. Five stars

my alternative health adviser suggested this product for my mom to help her heal from a painful bladder prolapse surgery that was just not healing at all since previous year, plus another surgery for a herniated back disc.
