2 Items Broken "Open" Right Out of the Box
Just wanted to let you know that two of the cold packs were broken "open" as I took them out of the box. It was probably a problem with the carrier. But as the cost of the per each item is very important to us, our value of the purchase was decreased. Thank you.

OK... Ice is better
These get cold quickly but do not last long. You would probably need multiples ones for one moderate or worse injury for a short period of time. For something not too bad, one might suffice. They are an OK substitute until you can get ice.
