Not Genuine!
This replacement media is fake... Did not reduce the acidity, feeling Cheated. The original media which came with the new jug had white Colour balls along with carbon.... this one has some white powder with dusty Carbon.

Effective but incomplete ki.
Came without the filter disc. Over time this will clog and must made a part of the kit.Checked with ph paper. Raised ph from 7 to 8.

Transportation charge high
Serves the purpose well however Rs 110/- as delivery charge is high especially when no special packaging or transportation precautions are required for a small and light weight item.

Product is good, please provide pH paper stip to check/confirm alkalinity of water, you can make it optional purchase along with product or as a gift
