They are super sticky! And work great!However……..The cost is a bit pricey and while other machines may allow for using other mats, brother makes sure you can’t……and perhaps there is a reason, but that is like apple gluing their products shut so that you can’t work on them, sometimes we can’t afford a newer mat, and sometimes even though they have a built in pressure sensor…….the mats get cut through…..😕

Be sure to order correct mat
I'm sure this one is fine. Came in perfect shape, sticky felt like low tack should. However, I didn't realize this would not be accepted by a DX machine. Be sure to check your machine and get a compatible mat, because Scan N Cut mats will not work in a Scan n Cut DX machine, they have their own line
