LG LSXC22396D 22 Cu. Ft. Black Stainless InstaView Counter Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator

We bought an LG 3 years ago. It immediately began making a loud buzzing noise. We Had service people come out three times, each promising to fix the problem by replacing this or that part. None of the “fixes” worked, but LG then told us we were no longer within the warranty period even though we never had a functioning refrigerator. We returned to the retailer who agreed we must have received a lemon and to our great appreciation took it back and replaced it with a brand new LG. Within two weeks this second LG refrigerator began displaying the same loud buzzing noise as the first. We can no longer stand the disconcerting vibrating noise and will accept our loss and move on, but I will never again buy an LG product regardless how many excellent good housekeeping reviews they receive.

I purchased a LG Refrigerator 3 years ago. Last year the compressor went out under warranty so they replaced it. Less than one year later same thing. I have been without a refrigerator for 8 days now and counting. The repair people finally came out to fix yesterday after considerable arm twisting. I guess they work on a principal called zone schedule. Went to fix breakfast, guess what the refrigerator isn't working. Get to waste my time making phone calls again this morning. All I wish they would do is refund my money and take the piece of junk with them. They are still selling these refrigerators. The company knows about the issues. If you see LG on the door RUN. There are all kinds of lawsuits being brought against LG. I am contacting our state attorneys office today to file a complaint and researching the best way to join a class action suit against these people.

DON NOT BY LG HAS COMPRESSOR PROBLEMS!!! LOOK IT UP

This refrigerator was delivered broken. The unit will not exit the defrost mode. The refrigerator and freezer are maintaining a constant 65 degrees.The Customer service people were useless. Purchase a different brand.
