Impala Quad Skate - Purple

I waited a few months to write this review, because I read about a concern with Impala boots separating at the heel, but I'm happy to report that I have not experienced this issue with my skates, so either I got lucky or the company has resolved the issue. Hopefully it's the latter. Just in case, the skates do come with a 3 month warranty.Aside from that, these boots are holographic beauties, and I get so many compliments every time I skate in them! They are especially mesmerizing to little girls. I added cheap vinyl toe caps that I also purchased from Amazon to protect the toe.I have narrow feet and wear a size 6-6.5. I ordered these in a size 6. They were a tiny bit snug at first, but after a couple sessions, they fit perfectly. The boot is well lined and cushioned and quite comfortable, but not breathable. So it's probably better to get a leather boot if your feet are particularly sweaty. I wear them with ultra light wool hiking socks. If you have wide feet or bunions, you can size up and also look up different ways to lace up your skates.The stock wheels are pretty decent for both indoor and outdoor use, though I did end up switching them out for some Radar Energy 78A wheels for bumpy pavement. The stopper is not adjustable, but you definitely need to adjust the trucks before skating or the wheels will feel super stiff and hard to roll. Make sure you order a skate tool and YouTube how to use it.Overall, I think these skates are a great value for beginners!

Exactly what was advertised and looks amazing 👏 I have wide feet so I feel a little pressure near the tip of the toes but over all good fit.

These are so beautiful but run a bit large. Wish they came in half sizes. I have little padding thingies I can put in front of my toes to bridge the gaps and will try that. I really want to keep these and make them work. Absolutely love the design, and have always loved to roller skate. Looking forward to wearing these and having fun at a rink or just outside when our weather clears up here in New England.

These quad skates are great for beginner skaters. The inside of the boot are comfortable and the color is really cool looking in person. Picture online doesn't do it justice. I would suggest changing your wheels if you are going to use these on outside (sidewalk,bike trail, etc.) I purchased 62 mm 78A wheels. Skates for me are true to size. I wear a 6. Have fun and don't forget your protective gear 😉

These skates are absolutely beautiful! They are sufficiently comfortable...I still need to break them in a bit more. I took them to Newport Beach & skated on the boardwalk. They are smooth and perfect for outdoor skating. I got a lot of compliments on them!

My 9 year old granddaughter loved them. Since they have the actual heel on the skate she thought they were big girl skates. Very blingy! Wheels soft enough for a beginner.
