Good Value
Excellent tire for the money. Good snow traction, wet traction and smooth overall performance. Noise free ride.I know you can spend double the money, but why. These are great. Will last 40,000 miles. I have bought these tires 3 times. I would recommend them. High profile, can take cracks, pot holes and terrible roads.

size is hard to find!
Needed to replace original tires on 36 year old car. Couldn't find this size at any major tire retailer but Amazon came through! Quiet and smooth riding tire. Squirmy on grooved pavement. Good traction on dry pavement--car isn't driven on wet or snow-covered roads.

Hard to find locally but not at Amazon
This 13 inch tire is a hard find locally. Shops won't even bother to try to special order it for you. They will charge you almost 1/3 the prices of the tire to balance, replace valve stem and install onto an existing rim. This is a passenger designed tire (the P), another hard to find.

Good Tires.
I got three years of service from a set of these on a mini truck. For $39 bucks a pop, that is a pretty good deal. The tires would have probably gone another few months to a year when I changed them but at that price point you can afford to drive on new tires.
