Delicious healthy cheese' that's healthy for you. That wouldn't "bind-you." As a result, Goat cheese is the healthier cheese. American process cheese I'll chose, but goat cheese is my favorite.

Typically, I prefer a sweet cheese over savory so it didn't very well on my charcuterie board... But, this cheese on a homemade burger with caramelized onions...WOOO!!! IT'S SOOO YUMMY!!! I'm drooling now, bye! lol

Very tasty
Very good fresh goat cheese. The flavor is excellent, whether of the cheese or the garlic/herbs. Loving it simply spread on a good piece of bread, or just like that.Somewhat too creamy for use in a salad, as it makes it hard to crumble or cut into small pieces, but that's hardly a con. It's still very good in a salad.
