These are great and sturdy.

Nicely made, but very short/too short, for standard-sized kayaks

I attached this to the outer wall of my shed to keep a canoe off the ground. It did not come with directions or any literature at all, and I was told that there is none. It was self explanatory enough so that it took only minutes to attach. I would have liked some tips or guidance of some sort, hence four stars instead of five.

It's probably OK for what it is, but the name and description both say it's aluminum - it's not aluminum. I need aluminum, and I wasted seven days waiting for delivery. I shouldn't have expected aluminum at this price, but I thought I could trust Amazon and Amazon reviews.
