Good bulb

So far so goodUpdate after few months use:Using this with 3 pictus geckos, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough.They are very active and the shed just slips off of them in one piece. When I first brought them home, one of them had a bit of stuck shed inside the ear hole, which was very awkward to remove even after a long soak. With DHP it just goes off nicely without any problems. Geckos also often bask under it on the rock so I can see them more. I ordered 80w one for Leo that I adopted and cannot wait for him to stop ''hugging'' the heat mat he came with. This is the way to go. Don't hesitate,

Needed a quick replacement and got the same bulb as before for my jumping spider these bulbs are by far the best around 10/10

Used in a 3foot x18inch high vivarium. Only just about reaches 30 degrees, not as hot as expected. Have bought 2 and 1 emits more heat than the other.

Brilliant product. Well made. Does exactly what it claims. A really first rate reptile product.

Keeps vivarium at temp needed, no light either

Was excited to try this for my leopard gecko as I had done a fair amount of research into it and wanted to be able to provide her with a more real life heating option. However we have bought two of the 50w projectors now (used with the Habistat dimming thermometer) and both bulbs have flickered and broken (no longer produce heat) after an hour or two of use.I watched a lot of set up videos online as well as reading all the info on the Arcadia website to make sure the wattage and set up is correct, so I don't understand why they keep breaking. We use the Arcadia UVB strip light and that works fine.Won't be trying these again.
