The enclosure is built well, but the hole for ...
The enclosure is built well, but the hole for the camera lense is too small. I purchased 4 of these so far and I had to use a drill bit to make the camera lense hole larger. I then used a small file to smooth out the edges. Takes about 5 minutes per enclosure. The kit comes with 2 screws and a strip of double sided tape. I cut the tape in half and used it under each mount. I the attached the camera enclosure to the pi case and put a screw into each mount hole. I was careful not to tighten the screws too much. I left about 1/32 inch gap between the pi case and the camera enclosure mount.

Doesn't fit RPi v2 camera's w/o modifications
As previously stated. Doesn't fit v2 cameras out of the box. Modifications necessary. If it was $2 I wouldn't have posted but I bought 2, and with a $13 investment, and additional work required to make them function is not a quality product. The leg that pushes on the back of the camera lines up with a component and is too long, it should have been about 2mm more outboard to push on the board and not an IC.

Smile you're on candid RPi NOIR camera!
This is for my NOIR camera in a dusty location. With some tape to seal it up, it'll work just fine!

Not compatible with Raspberry Pi NoIR Camera Module V2
The case is decent quality, but appears to have been designed for a different camera module. The lens opening doesn't quite line up. As a result you cannot completely close the case. You can enlarge the whole with a drill or dremel to make it fit, but that should not be necessary.

Hole for camera lens doesn't line up with actual camera lens.
The title for this review says it all. The hole for the camera lens is not where it should be.

Doesn’t fit well

It does the job if you are willing to fiddle with your camera chip.
This is a simple enclosure for the Raspberry Pi camera module.Pros:* Simple design.* Works (once you get the chip position problem sorted - see below)* Inexpensive / cheap and comes with instructions, two screws and a sticky padCons:* The hole was in slightly the wrong position for the image sensor chip on my camera board. Many reviewers have also noted this issue. However, this can be corrected (as at least one other reviewer has stated) by shifting the position of the camera chip on the board to match the position of the hole in the case. If you are willing to accept the risk of any damage should the procedure go wrong, this can be achieved by *carefully* levering the actual camera sensor chip off the board with a thin blade (like a Stanley knife blade) and repositioning it (the camera sensor chip is simply stuck to the PCB with gummy glue in my Raspberry Pi camera version 1). Note that the 'Sunny' connector may come off the PCB when you do this but you should be able to fit that back on when you get the position right.* The case does not close very tightly and may come apart with normal use (the force of the camera connector ribbon is sufficient to push the back of the case off sometimes. You might therefore have to resort to a sticky tape tab or similar to help keep it on.* Although cheap I still think it is over-priced for what it is (looks like it only costs a few pence to manufacture) but, there you are!

Does the job, but very poorly designed
The camera will fit, but I had to nudge the lens module into place. Also the one I got doesn't snap together correctly so I've had to tape it shut to keep the module in place

Alignment problem
Camera lens does not align with the hole on the case; therefore the case will not close with module inside

Does not fit
The camera does not fit, even if every specification says it will fit it won't fit at all.... By forcing the camera into the case you will most likely unplug the little connector on the camera and the camera won't work until your figure out that the case unplug the wire.... It took me 30 minutes to figure it out, at first I thought the camera was broken. Fortunately I found a post on google from I guy talking about this exact same case. The guy said to look at the connector on the camera because forcing the camera into the case will disconnect the connector. After connecting back the wire the camera was working again. Tried to put it into the case one more time and the wire disconnected again. Now the case is in my garbage.
