It indicating that the car charger is not energized, this mean the car charger is broken. 2. Reset dash cam, and then connect to car cigarette lighter. There is an indicator light on the car charger, can you see if the indicator light is on? If the indicator light if off, this mean the car charger is broken. If the car charger is broken, please feel free to contact us any time, we will send you replacement.
