How does this product compare to the h2cap plus? this product only gives 2 ppm while the h2cap plus gives 1500 ppb. with that said, it seems this prod

You don't understand the relationship between PPB and PPM.  Let me explain.  Our 2 PPM is equal to 2000 PPB therefore we produce more gas and also dissolve more gas into a water concentrate that that product you compare us to.  However we also want to be clear that it can range between 1500 and 2000 PPB depending on a lot of variables so we say UP TO 2000 PPB depending on the variables.  Some customers have gotten more than 2000 PPB but we can't really say everyone might do so too.  Now let me explain that Researchers and most of us in the industry use the term PPM because it is less the zeros and easier to express as 2.0 PPM instead of 2000 PPB.  Most Chinese companies use PPB because it seems more impressive and will confuse someone like you who may not understand the difference and think theirs is a better product.  Also you need to know something else that they don't like to tell you and that is that PPM/PPB is based on not just drinking that quantity of water you tested, but it is based on drinking 1 liter of that water you tested.  So if there bottle is small, you have to fill it more times to get that PPM you test until you drink a liter of it.  Two of our bottles is almost a liter so you would need just two of our bottles to get that 1.5 - 2.0 PPM we talk about. What happens if I accidentally let the base dry out?

Not to worry!  It is not a problem if you let the generator well area go dry.  What needs to be wet is only the Proton Exchange Membrane made by DuPont and if that ever goes dry all you do is soak it for a few hours and it works again to prevent the larger Oxygen and Ozone molecules from migrating up into the water and instead get discharged out the waste chamber.  We ship it to you wet so it works well right away. Be aware that after drinking the water you don’t need to go and put water back in right away to keep it wet. Just put the bottle cap on to prevent the retained moisture from evaporating and it will stay moist. Thanks for asking and call us someday to learn more about hydrogen and it’s benefits. Any regular maintenance, parts to clean or filters to change?

No need for vinegar water like our previous answer when machine did not have self cleaning cycle. Now since 2020 all machines have a self-cleaning feature to descale the plates once a month if you drink filtered water.

Question 4

Please confirm which cleaning is correct.  1) Hold power button until purple.  2)  1 part vinegar to 3 parts water and let it soak overnight. Or both?

The older models prior to 2020 required the vinegar water but the models since 2020 have a self cleaning feature that is described in the center page of your manual. Please always trust and follow the instructions specified in the manual and don’t be distracted with older information still around.
