What a great book with a lot of ideas on how to lead a small group. If you were asked to lead a small group and feel you are not cut out for the job....think again. As on his previous book small groups with purpose Steve Gladen did and outstanding work in this volume. Here Steve concentrated specifically in the work of the small group leader. He gave a detail set of steps for the small group leader to fallow in order to have a spiritual healthy group. I personally really recommended this book for Small community leaders and Pastor as well.

This book has helped our small group thrive and get people connected. I have seen lives transformed and people renewed. People are encouraging one another and getting into the habit of meeting together.

It's a book with ideas you can implement straight away and see results. I 100% recommend this book to small group leaders.Here is my one caveat, the ideas in the book should be taken as suggestions. Though the author gives some good explanation to why the ideas work, it's probably best you consider your particular context and think about what tweaks you can make that will aid you implement the idea with your group.Lots of high praise for this book. It's a good companion for building and growing small groups.
