KATUR Folding Flip Remote Car Key 3 Button 433MHZ For FORD Focus Mondeo Fiesta With 4D-63 chip

My Ford flip key snapped where it attaches to a key ring so after searching for an affordable replacement I purchased this one. It was £85 cheaper than a local key cutting chain’s price and £150 cheaper than a Ford dealer so I expected rubbish, but it’s actually pretty good. The key comes with remote locking circuitry and an immobiliser chip, both of which are exactly the same dimensions as the Ford original. That means you can either go the whole hog of cutting the key blade and programming the key to the car, or you can do what I did and swap the circuit board, immobiliser chip and key blade from the broken key - a 5 minute job. The key works and does the job well, but the plastic is matt textured and feels cheaper than the original and there is no Ford decal. Overall I am very pleased.

Works with my 2008 focus.Programmed without issue, both immobiliser and central locking.Only issue, no badge supplied, so doesn't look as it should, and I've got to try find one now to finish it.

Bought this to replace a ford fob that had stopped working. Was a bit worried that it might not work, but in fact it works fine. Took a couple of time to program, but not to much agg. Just need to get the blade cut now. Good price, so a good buy

I had an issue with one of my keys so I attempted to fix this myself, wiped both keys from the car immobiliser and reprogrammed the old retro key no issues. Went to program my remote key and fail. Called a locksmith who said the responder was dead so I ordered this and it works perfectly! Quality of the key blade is decent and had all the transponder/electronics.For £15 this is amazing!

I configured the fob correctly but when I went to a locksmith to programme chip and cut key, he detected no chip inside the fob. I contacted seller who accepted after looking at the pictures that there might not be a chip inside. Now I would like a refund plus £15 that I spent in cutting key or refund without item being returned because i am not sure if I will be able to configure another fob with the car as you can only configure upto 4.

A well made key but my original circuit does not fit in it.

Bought this as a substitute for my 10 month old granddaughter, who likes to use my car keys as a teether - but meant my car was locking/unlocking as she bit into it. This works great. I disabled the key mechanism so it doesn’t pop out. Now she can bite on it and get a satisfying clicking sound as she does so, without me having to worry about my car electronics. Two happy customers. :-)

Took a bit of work to get it working as couldn't see any lights when pressing buttons but after put in new battery and found out to cycle ignition off and on 4 to 10 times within 6 seconds you'll here a beep or chime then press unlock button on new remote and it worked just have to get key cut now hopefully.

Di ottima qualità, praticamente identica all'originale (che ho ben presente) ma senza logo. Usata su una Ford Fiesta 2010 in sostituzione di una chiave originale non pieghevole. è stato sufficiente trovare una ferramenta che la tagliasse (molto onesta, solo 10€), spostare il trasponder dalla vecchia chiave (attenzione perché questa NON lo aveva) e programmare l'apertura del telecomando con la procedura che si trova sul manuale Ford o anche molto facilmente in rete. consigliata

Compre esta llave, para sustituir la de mi Focus cc de 2007, ya que tenia una con mando (se la ve muy antigua) y otra sin mando.Tras adquirir esta llave mi sorpresa fue que lo dispar de los precios por tallarla, en todos te dicen que si no funciona es tu problema y pierdes los 15-35 euros que te cobran por tallarla. Finalmente encontré un zapatero de los que hacen llaves que por 15 euros me la tallo pero normalmente piden bastante mas y como te digo sin ningún tipo de garantía. También te diré que donde la talle finalmente me dijo que no se hacia cargo en caso de fallo, porque le han llevado muchas que segun se acerca la talladora traspasa el metal, por ser este fino o malo. Este no fue el caso y con 15 euros consegui que me la tallaran y quedo perfecta, un 10.Lo siguiente es conseguir grabar el transponder, con todos los trucos de internet, te vale para que la reconozca, pero no se graba el chip, al menos este. La solución en mi caso fue sencilla, se lo quite a la que tenia sin mando y se lo puse a esta tras lo cual, el coche ya también arrancaba de forma correcta. En caso de que no dispongas de una llave para sustituir, me temo que tendrás que encontrar algún sitio que te vendan un chip valido o que te consigan grabar este.En mi caso repetiría la compra de todas todas.
