I bought this for the Holiday just to have and to enjoy. Have to say it's one of that best I've have had in while. Nice and vinegary, tasty, Spicy and most of all enjoyable kimchi. It's not too vinegary and spicy, it's well put together and great. I would order this product again, just for that fact I am really enjoying it already have eaten two can's and on my third and can't stop eating it. If your a fan of kimchi this is a must buy imo [in my opinion], if this is your first time ever experiencing kimchi buy a single can and see how you like it. it's more vinegary [ almost like cosmo's marinated eggplant jar a tad less vinegary] then spicy the spice is mild in comparison to the korean Spicy noodles [samyang] or Korean spicy chili paste [Gochujang].I bought a can to my parents house for the holiday's and my parents loved it. They've never eaten Kimchi before and ate it before finishing anything else on their plate. This product deserver's the 5 star rating. I hope this review helps some people on the fence for buying it.

this kimchi is great. the best part is it doesn't have to be refrigerated and it comes in the perfect single serving portions. i will be buying this again in the future.
