I love that this scale connects to an app to keep track of weight. The app will also provide you with your BMI and body fat %. The scale and app are incredibly easy to use. I can even use this scale first thing in the morning without turning on the light and waking up my partner because the scale has its own light. It will light up as soon as you step on it.

I really love it. Firstly, the colour is bright which I like a lot. Secondly, the scale can connect to my phone and presents many parameters of my body which is quite useful. Thirdly, the measuring is accurate after comparing to other weight scale. It helped me track my physical parameters when I am keep fitness.

I don't quite understand how it gets certain measurements but works well. Easy to use and makes it very clear what's "high" or "low".
