Bed Exercises
Very easy to follow, pictures are very helpful. Exercises are very adaptable to those of us with weight issues and cannot get down and up from the floor. The stretching exercises I feel gives to flexibility and joints have a chance to feel better without weight bearing down on them. Given time the exercises can be beneficial and easy to stay with doing.

It is the easiest way to gain core strength no matter what condition you are in
Love that it makes it easy for those who ill , have difficulty working out , or just plain wanna do it the easy way !! ( can’t fall over BUT if you did .... it’s a BED not a floor !)Now these are simple but they are exacting in targeting areas to give you a good core and strengthen body .Everyone I know has confessed “ wow that is a workout!” And we all had to get better at it.I have bought this book about 8 times since first hearing about on a TV interview years ago ( 10?)Bought for friends and when I would misplace it etcetcIt is easy compared to actually standing and doing floor exercise. It strengthened my core enough to stop issues I was having due to a weak core within a few months (3)Have not had issues about that since.Great for those averse to hard exercise.......... it tricks you as you do those hard exercises the easy wayLove it. My fitness bible !Now I do / did before this book Tae Bo as well but when sickness or injury hits I can still do this safely.It is why it was made.Recommend highly !!!

Really works!
This book was a gift from my father and I thank God for it. I was basicaly bed ridden due to joint disease in both my hips and back. I could not do much weight baring exercise and I was looking for a way to burn calories so this was perfect. I started doing the exercises every day to the best of my ability. After a couple of weeks I began to lose inches and weight all while exercising in bed! what a blessing!

I go to bed in my gym at night and wake up in my gym in the morning; how easy can that be?
I gave this book 5 stars because I actually am doing these exercises. Well, not all of them yet, but I'll get there. I feel free to improvise if I want to. I have a bad knee and do one of my physical therapy exercises in bed. The stretches feel good and I just feel like it's helping my overall conditioning. At least I'm doing something and I'm doing it on a regular basis which is more than I can say for other exercise, diet, self-improvement regimes I have tried.

No Excuses Now.... lol
I got this book years ago and love it. Gave this book to my physical therapist as a gift and she said she was going to recommend it to her patients. Being able to do exercises in bed (or the couch) means anyone can do them - and they give you one exercise to try and they also give you an alternative. Most of the ones in the book are ones used at PT so definitely a good book to have and of course if you actually do the exercises you will benefit for sure. :)

Super Alternative
I used to love floor exercises--many many moons ago. Now that I am older, there is only one thing I hate about floor exercises--the floor. It hurts to get down, it hurts to lay there, and it hurts to get up off the floor. This is the perfect alternative. The exercises are easy to follow, varied and are for the entire body.I recommend this for anyone who has left exercise behind long ago, especially those of us with fibromyalgia. This book is simple to follow and gentle allowing you to work up to more repetitions.A great idea.

Not what I thought
I expected color pics n instructions not half of them..lolol n black n white

others may find it useful and effective for their bodies
Had rather high expectations of it after reading the reviews but it didn't turn out quite well after doing the exercises. Body parts that never felt tight before almost instantly felt so after finishing the stomach exercises. Wanted some exercises to keep myself fit while waiting for my injured wrists to heal for me to resume my normal routine but unfortunately this wasn't the one for me. That's me though, others may find it useful and effective for their bodies. Everyone's bodies react differently so if you are on the fence, its' still worth trying it out before deciding for yourself.
