Actual hob seems OK, although the box it came in looked like it had gone 10 rounds in the ring as it was in several small pieces when i unwrapped it, after bending one of the corners of the hob back into shape it looks like it'll function. I understand this was more than likely the couriers fault not the manufacturer but they may want to consider changing courier choice. Not bothered about the case as it will be sat permanently in my van but if you need to transport yours you may want to reconsider.

This is difficult. The case is very weak and I chose this model because it has a csse. The first arrived with a badly broken case and I wouldn't trust the safety of the cooker. Its replacement arrived and it had a damaged case as well. However, as the case wasn't as badly damaged as the first, I used the cooker which was fine. I had to repair the case and now I am happy with it.

concur with previous comment. Arrived well bubble wrapped but on opening case broken and corner of stove bent. suggest to sender to use outer packaging as these items undoubtedly undergo rough handling by the couriers. The stove itself is very thin material and bends easily. the gas canister covers dont clip shut. Hopefully the stove will function OK

I had read that with some it arrived damaged and easily bent but from my own experience this is for me not true. It was well packaged everything in it's right place and working. Great value for the money.

The condition of the item is appalling the contents had screws or pins missing really not impressed and the case was cracked and split in numerous places
