Q: Does it shrink when washed?

I bought a size larger and washed and dried them and they fit great.

Q: my friend is 5’4 weights 125 is small good for him ?

They shrink over time I would recommend the medium. My son is 6’6” 120 lb and I get the large

Q: Does it come with tags attach?

Yes it does but some genius put them at the bottom of the jersey. I'm happy they did because I hate them at the neck.
