I have one in both my maxx and my xmaxx and they are absolutely amazing servos.

I drive a truggified 6s Arrma Typhon, this car is a monster and I burn through servos like Amazon burns through worker's rights! Jokes aside this is the best servo I've ever used and can only compare it to my Reef's 444. I've already installed this Savox in my 8s Kraton, 6s Infraction, and 1/8 offroad e-buggy. The response time is incredibly fast and responsive and the torque is unmatched.Stop buying these junk $20 25-36kg servos and buy a Savox Monster Black Edition, it's the last servo you'll ever buy!

Make sure you get the water proof version... awesome servo hands down!

What’s being advertised isn’t what’s inside the package you’ll get. It comes in a savox case but that’s it. The actual servo doesn’t have an aluminum case as advertised and isn’t even stamped with the brand savox—however the cheap assortment of horns is stamped with the brand. It’s a ripoff and falsely advertised. They are putting this out there with a different product’s ratings and reviews.If you’re a responsible reviewer and rater, you should reconsider your input and change your rating because other consumers are wasting their time and money on something different.

Beast of a servo

I purchased this servo open box from Amazon Warehouse in like new condition in original damaged packaging, supposably tested and verified as working functionally by Amazon.While the price was decent and the servo looked decent, there were two problems.First, one of the mounting tabs was bent bad. I could have fixed this and planned to though.Second, the servo was dead on arrival and did not function even a tiny bit. I have the high torque Savox Monster and wanted this high speed model but not at the extremely inflated Savox price. Unfortunately, I had to learn my lesson with this servo and buying open box RC parts. Within a few hours of delivery it was dropped back off at UPS for return.This DOES reflect badly on the Savox though. It’s easy to do a little digging and figure out that the Savox build quality is lacking compared to competitors in the same or lower price ranges. During servo torque tests, the Savox servos perform OK while some others do better at a lower price. Combine these facts with the fact that this servo is NOT at all waterproof or resistant and it’s easy to see that the brand is inflated due to large hobby store brick and mortar contracts. All it would have taken is a few o-rings and a bit of extra time to make these special edition expensive servos waterproof. I decided to go with a lesser known brand that has dissected documentation with pictures comparing the quality of their servos to these. Indisputable facts when the servo is disassembled alongside a high quality manufacturers servo.
