Best for Indian disaster and crepe
I am using this fir Indian disaster since past 2 to 3 yrs. It's reasonable and the quality s amazing. I use it almost 4 to 5 days in a week.

I tried the dosa as soon as i opened the package. It came out very nice and brown like I wanted.

Works for dosas, no sticking
This pan works to create thin dosas, good non-stick surface. No oil needed, just let it heat, then turn down heat and add batter. Need to be careful washing it - I hand wash it.
