A bit smaller then expected
I thought the PJ head quarters would be a little bigger, but I also didn’t expect it to light up which was super cool. It worked great on the cake, we really liked it, I recommend. We also washed it after and we still have them, the kids play with they, really cute, I recommend.

They're holograms!
BEWARE these are holograms; not front/back pictures. Kinda defeats the purpose of placing these on a cake as you have to turn the pictures back and forth to see the actual pj mask characters. (Stationary the characters are they're normal child selves before turning into the pj mask characters.) Item description says these are "magic motion" pieces...they're just holograms people!

I think it was a cute little cake kit! I liked the fact that the Head Quarters lit up. My grandson loved it!
