Q: Is the cap area large enough to refil the cans? I have a 5L can of dinitrol and so if cans were tefillable i could just pour into the cans.

Yes - these cans are for the Schultz system I believe it’s called and you connect them to an air hose. The top unscrews and you can see see straight inside , no baffles. A bit larger than the top of a plastic milk bottle. It’s rather thick stuff so difficult to pour but possible if you warm it first

No it does not as the product will not go through the wand

Q: Does this need a air pump? If so, can a electric tyre pump be used?

You will need a portable air compressor designed to be used with air tools, a tyre pump will not work. This product is available in aerosol form as well. It's a great product I've used it to protect the chassis of a land rover defender. Can be messy to use though, keep it off your skin, difficult to remove.

Yes can be brushed on stand the tin in hot water first
