Stronger knee within few days

It has been three months since I started taking two of the Hydrolyzed Collagen Type 2 capsules each night. The first month, I felt nothing and saw no changes. Then last week, Nine weeks in, I got a complement from some of my Weights and Toning class members. When I went for my shower, I noticed that my skin did not have its usual dry riverbed cracked appearance. My face was clearer than normal. My skin is usually so dry it wakes me up at night. I get up and wet myself down to get back to sleep, so sleeping through the night is especially awesome. My skin is plumper, smoother, less dry, and clearer all over.I am 65, Black and female. I have never had any issues with my skin. I purchased the product because my skin was loosing its plumpness along my jawline. This issue is slowly improving.Bottom-line, the product works for me.

I honestly can't live well without this. Tried, just to see if I really need it, and boy, do I! Arthritis made my tendons tight and brittle, too. Within a week of stopping it, the massive leg cramps that woke me yelling and crying were back. They hurt so badly I was limping for days from the damage done. Started this again, and the cramps are gone again. The skin looks and feels good, too, but for me, the greatest healthiest benefit is tendons that stretch and don't send me screaming, falling off the bed at night.

I have Almost no cartridge in my knees and this product seems to help a great deal. I have tried glucosamine and msm but could never tell any difference after taking for months. This started to have a noticeable effect in about a week. I take two in the morning and two before bedtime. It doesn't work miracles but I can sure feel a benefit. I have taken a bottle then ran out and was without it for a few weeks, when the higher degree of pain returned and then got better with my next bottle I decided this is well worth the money and time to take the tablets.
