Laptop battery. Fit perfectly. Came with about 3/4 charge. Easy to install although included screwdriver did not fit Dell Latitude screws very well.

Great Replacement
This is a perfect replacement for the oem product. Price is great - this works as good as the original. Easy to install - anyone can really do it. I have purchased a number of these in the past and never have had an issue.

Defective Battery
The battery was installed on a Dell Latitude 7390. I proceeded to charge the battery to 100% upon installation. The battery performed flawlessly from 100% to 60%. Then it dropped from 60% to 5% in a matter of seconds...I would stay away from ZTHY

All though this battery fits it will not work with my Dell
I have a further update. I am pleased to say that I was contacted by ZTHY they offered me a refund which I have accepted and they have sorted everything out. Very pleased with their customer service.Best regardsSimoncould not use this item with my Dell Laptop even though the version of the laptop was listed as compatible. Dell’s control system will not recognize the battery. The battery manufacturers website had a link to Technical Support that went to a dead page. All in all a very disappointing experience. I even worked with my companies IT department and we could not get past the issue. So Buyer Beware, what appeared to be a good deal has been a waste of money. I’ve had to purchase a battery directly from Dell. Wish I could return the battery.

No screwdriver Included
Battery works great! Ships fast in the US. This does NOT come with a screwdriver. The picture and description says that it comes with a screw driver. Usually not a problem, but I had to order it while I was away from home and really needed one.

BIOS reporting battery as healthy and charging as normal
works as advertised. Glad I took the risk vs. Dell who had the same part for over $100. You can buy three of these to their one.

Works great
This battery has been working great for the past three weeks. My old one was lasting maybe 2 hours, I'm getting at least 6, maybe 7 hours battery life before having to plug back in. Easy to install, make sure you have a tiny phillips head screw driver - I used the one that came with my sunglasses, worked like a charm. All good!

It is a quality product
The battery works perfectly in my remanufacturing Dell Latitude 7490. I had some minor issues and seller solved it fast. The seller support is the best. I recommend mainly the seller and this product. In my test using Linux battery life is between 6-7 hours
