so far so good
we got this lock for our garage.. it seems solid and only took less then an hour to install. We love it so far. No problems and seems like a nice lock! Would definitely purchase another one!

It was pretty easy to assemble. I thought the batteries were included. I was glad I had some good ones to install.The directions were pretty clear to understand.

Works, but very noisy, feels cheap
It looks nice and installed ok. But the feel is light and cheap and the lock and unlock noise is really loud. It's fine for my shed door, I would never use it on my house though.

Beautiful Elegant Smooth & Quiet .....but
Directions are not very clear so definitely search You Tube or Wiki How before installing yourself. Ended up with 2 extra screws and an inside collar the rotates when it should be secure. I'm just too tired to disassemble it after it took me 4 hours to get it to the point it is, lol. But, it's BEAUTIFUL, looks ELEGANT and operates SMOOTH(ly) and QUIET(ly)!

Poor quality, stopped working in 10 months.
Very finicky to get operatig corectly....tbere can be no drag on the bolt at all of it will not function. lasted about 10 months before the electronic unlock stopped functioning. Spend your money on a better product, this one would be a rip off it was 2 for one at a dollar store.

Okay...
Reasonably easy to install. Using key override actually hurt a family member when the keypad stopped responding after an hour. Ultimately sent it back

Works really nice
Cheap and easy to install. Make sure you read and follow instructions. That will save you time. Adjust the holes a little bit and it will work flawlessly. Setting up pass codes is easy. Thank you!

Poor quality
Faulty product. Bought in November and the handle fell off in February. This is the second one I’ve bought and though the first ones handle also came off I was able to fix it. The second one lost a tiny screw and is now useless

So easy to install
This arrived on time & was so easy to install. It took all of 10 minutes. It is easy to program. After having mine, my mom bought the same lock to install at her house too.

Product worked for a couple months now we can not open the door with the key pad. Only had for 3-4months.
