Excellent oase are just the best when comes to ponds, and fish care. Used items from other manufacturers and they are just not if the same quality, easy to set up, maintenance is so basic

The package arrived well within its due delivery date. The set was well wrapped and handled with care. Once opened it was discovered that the hose that was supplied was kinked at one end. I thought that this was possibly going to be an issue due to the location of the pump, filter and the depth of the pond. I contacted the seller, who was great and was in the process of sending a replacement hose. Luckily I had just enough, and managed to route the hose so that it wasn’t an issue, and the replacement hose wasn’t needed.Everything that you need to get the water up to the filter is supplied in the kit. What isn’t supplied is the return to pond pipe work, which is a bit of a disappointment . This will be an additional cost if you don’t have an DN75 pipe or fitting. The kit also comes with a filter kickstart pot. This is sufficient for up to 5000 litres. If your pond is any bigger then I recommend that you purchase the extras required. My pond is about 10000 litres so brought a top up biokick.When the filter was first turned on the pond was pea green, and could only see the fish when they came up to feed. After two days I started to see a difference to the water quality. After four days there was a definite difference and I could see the fish at a depth. After a week I could see the pump that sits at just over 5ft down. A week and a half after installing this system the water is now pretty much crystal clear. I brought the 36000 set, and I am so glad that I did. Well worth the money, and a great service from the supplier Aquacadabra.

Pro: I am impressed by the flow from the pump, greater than I expected.Con: Why give 10 m cable for the pump and only 4m cable to the filter?You do not need to buy a fixed outlet pipe. I bought a flexible pipe and clipped it on.Instructions are virtually non existent.

This is for the 14000 Oase bismart set.Easy to install, just take it out the box fit the pump and I put a plug on the mains lead as a temporary so I can try different areas of the pond so it’s most effective.Cleaning is also easy, just take the lids off and pull the handles that house the filters to remove the dirt and the dirty water goes out through a separate pipe.My pond was VERY dirty and I was cleaning the filter twice daily so the water level was handy showing when the filters required cleaning.I’ve used Oase products before and I will continue using them.This has been working for around 3 weeks now and the pond is so clean.

Great unit with good water flow. 3m hose is not long enough though. With the suggestion for the unit to be 2 meters from the water’s edge, that only leaves 1 meter of length to enter the pond to the pump. 6m at least required even for a small pond.

This filter set has done the job on our very pea-green 5m x 5m fishpond. It took longer than we expected but after six weeks we can finally see the bottom of the pond (about 1m deep in places) as well as the fish. The filter has been cleaned about five times since we installed it. However, the thing that is missing from the set is a drain hose and fitting. You will need a "Multi Stage Female 2 inch BSP Hosetail" and whatever length and diameter of pond hose you need to drain the sludge from the back of the box.

Easy to put together and is doing exactly what is meant to. Helping the fish is the warm weather!

purchased to replace smaller filter unit, decided on this one due to built-in uv filter. easily maintained and cleaned, internal handles easily accessed from top allow each of the six filter sponges to be cleaned without removing, dirty water can be removed by using drain port at bottom. built in temp gauge for water temp, indicator on filter condition can be seen inside front compartment. easy to setup, pump has strong flow rate.
