Believe and You Shall Achieve
It is very informative, relates the story of a young man whose life parallels the lives of many young men even in today's world. Instead of making the wrong decision and continue the life of a gang banger, he opted to pull himself up from his "boot straps", and worked himself to the executive level that he now enjoys...hard work and determination are a couple of the key ingredients that played a key role in Roberts journey.

E-Z read for all people... it's all good... high five!
E-Z read for all people, no matter your age, culture, ethnicity, background, level of influence. This book by Robert, puts everybody on level ground... Inspiring to the soul, this book "From the Barrio to the Boardroom" by Robert Renteria, it's all good, because he's transparent and you can really feel the depths and heights of his personal journey, as your own. You'll find yourself cheering, crying, laughing out loud and looking for someone near to give a "high five!" at the end.(I recommend this book to libraries, civic agencies/organizations, diversity training, military personnel, business chambers, life coaches and of course to our Youth of America!.)... Plain, simple and direct is Robert's approach to impacting a world of good change.

Don’t support this author
Would give him no stars if I could. He steals artists work and doesn’t pay then to use it.

Fraud
Not a great book. How can you write about a town and your struggle and then trash talk that same town and on top of that, steal art from artists and not give them credit. If you hate your struggle so much, get therapy but don’t steal art from local artists and trash talk their home. Hard pass on this book. There are far better works of art that better articulate a struggle story. This ain’t it. Try again and go through the appropriate channels to do so. #next
