Not bad
Bought this phone for my 12 year old son. Didn't want something too expensive but wanted a descent phone he could use. Decided to give this refurbished phone ago. Looked brand new out of the box but unfortunately the phone would not charge with any charger used. Had to return. The seller was quick to respond and deal with enquiry. Replacement sent out quickly. Looked brand new. Even received complementary earphone. No issues with the new phone. Quite happy. Contemplating buying a refurbished phone for my next upgrade.

Refurbished Galaxy S9
I Recently purchased this phone through Amazon.The phone has been working faultlessly and survived me dropping it (fortunately without damage)!!This is a vast improvement on my Samsung Galaxy A20E which I thought was a good phone. The S9 is fasterhas more storage more features and very responsive.I would buy this via Amazon again.

Battery could be a tad better, but camera is ace.
Picture quality is great, and make sure you set your video quality to the best one. Aside from slightly less decent battery, this phone even runs Google Docs perfectly when you're editing a 900 page novel. My old Samsung would crash and burn. Also barely overheats, even with excessive gaming.

If I didn't know better, I'd say it was brand new
I was a bit worried that the description said that you wouldn't notice any issues from 30 cm away, but the phone that I got was in absolute mint condition. Battery seems to be fine, everything works perfectly. I'll definitely be buying again in the future.This isn't a negative for me in any way, but it doesn't arrive in an official box. Just be aware of that, but the phone is in absolutely perfect condition. I know some people might be buying it as a present, so if that's an issue I thought I should make it known.

Amazing purchase
First of all I checked for visible damage, none. The only thing I was worried about was a bumped up framing on top around the camera but that was probably because the phone either got out of the protective bubble plastic film thingy during transit or the seller forgot to put it inside, either way a little bit of pressure and the bump buffed out so no Biggie.Every sensor works well, battery was above 95% in health, the phone had absolutely 0 marks almost as new and everything was absolutely good. Tested it with the dev phone code.Also got the American version (which is superior to the European one by any means) as this was a gift to my aunt living in Italy and she's got 0 problems with reception so yeah the bands don't matter. Snapdragon CPU so battery life better and performance too.Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a cheap but good phone that will hold up for another 2-3 years.

Disappointing no care taken
Really bad packaging. The phone came in and cardboard box and 1 peice of bubble wrap atop. The phone was sat on the charger box withing the box. To say this is a renewed phone I would expect an s9 original box and charger lead etc. Really disappointed as this is a gift

Awesome phone, awesome saving on new
My second "renewed" phone from Gadget Store. Could not be happier, it seems to be brand new but at less than half price. The Samsung S9 is elegant and neat, the display is very clear, touch screen is highly responsive, the fingerprint unlock is really convenient... and the data and app transfer from my previous phone (Samsung J9) using the Samsung app went without a hitch. Very happy. (Previous purchase was a Pixel 3, for my daughter.)

As described - perfect condition
Phone arrived next day on Prime. It was as described - absolutely pristine condition, well packaged and presented in an aftermarket box, with a USB C cable, charging brick, and a couple of adaptors for converting USB connectors. It had protective vinyls front and back. The phone itself is spot on - not one blemish or defect. Android reports the battery quality to be good.I've bought four second hand phones previously, and this one is about as well presented as they come. Tested the camera, mic, speaker, Wi-Fi, mobile data, Bluetooth, fingerprint scanner - all are fine. Not sure how the battery life will pan out in every day use yet, but so far it seems as expected.So far so good. Unless the thing has a meltdown, it gets my thumbs up.
