The paper rips fairly easily. Texture isn't like the contact paper I'm accustomed to, this one is closer to wrapping paper...easily ripped

Not the type that sticks obnoxiously if it folds- you could easily unfold it and it sticks perfectly afterwards as well.So simple and easy. Looks beautiful.
