The door closer is not hard to install (unlike the other review) if you know what you are doing. I have installed many of this model door closers in a industrial facility. They are robust and will last for many years. (Tip---install "Sex Bolts" when you install this closer or any closer for that matter. It will make a tight bond to the door).
