I have been taking this product for a week and so far it has given me a firm BM every morning. I have no cramping or unpleasant side effects. I have chronic constipation from prescription medications and need something to keep me regular. This product claims to be a daily maintenance. I love it so far.

I’m not sure about the effectiveness of long term use of these caps because I had to discontinue them after about a week. After taking them, I didn’t notice much difference in bowel movements or anything. I also noticed that my mouth was very dry all day after taking them and I felt very fatigued. I thought I had drank too much wine the day before but I realized after a few more days that it was these pills that were severely dehydrating me. I discontinued use and my body returned back to normal. I think that the kaolin clay in these pills could be to blame. I have been reading mixed reviews online about the safety of ingesting kaolin by mouth.All this to say, do your research before you trust any supplements! These did not work for me!

Seems to work just fine without the need to stay close to the toilet. Two a day is the perfect dose for me to ensure I actually have no constipation issues.

This product was okay, but did not really help the way I thought it would.

This is product is really good, for someone that has constipation issues and having been on several different meds this stuff works better than all of them.

This cleanse is perfect. Strong enough to do its job. I have had no problems with it at all and will buy it again...

This doesn’t do anything. Never made me use the bathroom at all. Caused major gas and bloating. I wouldn’t recommend. Waste of $$$
