Lightweight, works great
Nice lightweight ring. I have a couple of lights that take a Bowens mount and a couple of pop-on softboxes that need a "step-up" ring to secure them to the lights.This ring does exactly that. Lightweight, no fuss, does the job.

Robust and really well made.
Bought a previous one of these and it was thin metal that I suspected would cut through the fabric on my softbox. The quality of this one is streets ahead and the edges aren't sharp.

Neewer Softbox Speed ring adopter for Bowen mount
I have purchased 3 X Neewer 24 x 24 inches softbox so far and they come with S Bracket which is excellent for Speedlights but as I am now moving to Strobe lights, I was not sure what accessories I would need to use my softboxes. Thanks to Frederic who kindly answered this question on Amazon as I couldn't find any information anywhere else.I purchased this Bowen mount speed ring and it fits perfectly on my Neewer softbox as shown in the pics. I am sure it will even fit Godox or any other foldable softboxes. It fits on my Godox SK400 II strobe perfectly.Material is Aluminium but finish is so much different than pics. It is not as polished as it is shown in product descriptions but I am not fussed as it works with my existing softbox hence saving me money.I am happy with my purchase hence 4 stars. 1 star taken away for finishing being poor.

These allow me to use my neewer softboxes with my new studio lights
Really thats all I needed to buy them. I can now keep using my neewer softboxes with my speedlites with the additional option of using them with my studio lights. It is all about versatility, is it not?
