Great Teff!
I used this product to grow a gluten free sourdough starter. I just made some sourdough bread with it and it was wonderful!

Great product would use it for everything if it wasn't ...
Great product would use it for everything if it wasn't so costly. You do have to get used to the color that foods become this greenish grey, but the taste is amazing and nutritionally worth the different color

I don't know how else to get Teff Flour but from Amazon!
Trying to find this product luckily was an exercise in futility, and ultimately a waste of time given the affordable nature of this product! Most of the bread recipes I'm using that call for Teff Flour ask for fairly small portions, so this 2lb bag will last a long time. It was priced well, came packaged well, and has a resealable package.

Not sure what to say here. Its good teff flour. Came in a timely fashion, the bag was well sealed and I am now using it for baking.

Great quality for beginners!
This was my first Teff flour purchase experience....it allowed me to make mistake twice and by the third batch, I had it right. Although after further research, I definitely need more than 2lbs. It's good quality brown Teff.

Fast shipping, even through Christmas rush.
I ordered two bags of "Teff Flour 4 lbs", for $11.99 each. Each bag was almost 4 lbs.I have a certified postal scale, and weighed each bag. One was 3 lbs, 14 oz.; the other was 3 lbs, 15 oz.I was shorted by a total of 3 ounces (or over-charged by .56 cents). But the over-all price was better than I'd seen elsewhere for the same amount of flour.I had to pay $13 postage (automatically assigned by Amazon.com); for a Priority Mail medium flat-rate box that sells at ALL Post Offices for $11.35. Priority Mail is the least expensive option this seller allows. Everyday economy shipping would have been fine with me.Both bags looked like they were processed in the seller's store (like in the back room, from a bulk container - into smaller home-made packages). The heat-welds on both 4 lb bags were not carefully inspected. Both bags had separation at the top welded seams, and some product leaked out into the plastic grocery bag the two packages were placed into (it was tied in a knot), before placing the product into the postal shipping box.Only one bag of flour was labeled. This seller is obviously a small operation with few workers/employees, or a 'Mom-n-Pop' with their family/relatives helping out in the store.I am sure that the seller had many orders, and needed to rush out many parcels before the holidays; but I would rather it take a day or two longer for my package (common shipping), to make sure it arrives in one piece, and not have the possibility of contamination by a botched rush job.I would order from them again, but hope that these critiques help their business improve.
