Motion Pro08-0388 T6 Trail Bead Buddy

These little do dads come in mighty handy to keep tires from " walking back off the rim " as the tires are being mounted. It keeps you from having to sit on them or put your knees on the already mounted tire and rim as you are finishing up installing by spoons. I bought 2 of these. Well pleased and well worth it.

Used this to change some tires this past week and worked great! It doesn't look like much but it does the job.

I tried the motion pro bead buddy at first. It would not fit on the wide rear rim of my adventure bike. I got two of these to help hold the tire in place whilst levering the rest of it on. They DONT do a good job of keeping the tire in the drop center, but perfectly well for holding a tire in the rim so it doesn't slip back out after you move along with your irons.

Having two of these little clamps -- one on the left and one on the right of the tire and rim -- really helps to keep a tire's bead in the well of the rim. That makes it much easier to pry the tire onto the rim.

It's a Joke for car & Truck tires; I didn't use it. But I can tell even if you titan the the screw it would only work part of the time. I went and tried it. I was right

Using this item along with the motion pro spoons make changing your own motorcycle tires a snap. Takes me less then half an hour to do both front and back tires. Saving me at least $50 by not paying a shop to do it. Plus it's a tool well worth having on the ready for that night you have to repair a flat tire on your own.

Helps get the tire on without a lot of trouble. If you buy one, get another so the tire doesn't hop over the rim.
