Nice top for the money; Some things to do before you install
This is an excellent top for the price. You could pay $100 more and end up with the same top from another dealer that imports them just like Amazon. Top blue 600D polyester on this top is OK and should last may seasons if you cover it and let it dry before booting. All the poles are 1" aluminium, and are ok for marine use, but may corrode after a few years. If you're going to us this top at speed, I would replace the 5 decks hinges, which are nylon, and get some stainless hinges and pins from Amazon - maybe $6 each. Do this before you drill holes for the plastic ones. The front straps are very cheap - steel buckles and cheap clips that came apart on first use. Get new ones with stainless buckles and clips on Amazon - about $20. Less if you can tolerate plastic buckles. Also if you are planning to go at speed with this top, through bolt as many fittings as you can - it comes with 1" stainless screws, but those may pull out eventually.Instructions are OK. It tool me 15 minutes to assemble it without tools. I taped all the fittings down on my boat for a test install and installed it on those to check placement and raised the top. It comes with a screwdriver for the install but no bits for drilling. Also pick up some 3M 5200 to lock in the screws and seal if you are drilling into the core of your gunnels. If you are concerned about screws pulling out, there are two techniques you an use, Drill 1/16" holes, fill the holes with a 1/16" oak dowel dipped in two-part epoxy and cover the hole with more expoxy or marine tex. Then drill for the correct screw size. Or you can drip your screws in epoxy or a quicker but not as strong mount. The top looks very good and has some storage pockets in back and they also include 6 cheap towel clips. It raises up and down quickly, but it's a little fragile when not tied down, do I wouldn't let the wind beat it around when it's loose. The tubing ends are all plastic/nylon, which is expected in a low cost bimini. This thing appears to be an Amazon brand, or custom product, so there is no customer support that I can see other than Amazon for returns. You can spend 30-40 more and get essentially the same top from some of the US dealers if you feel you'r going to need someone to speak to about installs, etc.It looks good up - it is very tight and doesn't flap at speed and down the boot is quick to put on - get 2-3 bungees or sail straps to gold it without the cover. If you're thinking 3 or 4 bow design, get the 4 bow. - I don't think it's a full 96" long, but it's perfect for a 20' center console.

First impressions leave a lasting memory
This is just my initial impression after setting it up and installing it. It has not been tested on the water yet. That being said the package arrived and was larger than I thought. Inside everything was wrapped in plastic bags except a small box of hardware. There were some very basic instructions with the top and it didn’t take me long to study them and figure it out. I laid it all out on my living room floor and assembled the top. Took about 20 minutes but basically just slides the poles into the bottom side sleeves and then connect them to each other with included screw and nut. We then took it all out to the boat and I used one set of the existing hardware from my stock bimini. I then tested and lined it all up. Drilled some pilot holes to minimize cracking the gel coat. Installing the hardware only took about 30 minutes tops. It seems well built and sturdy. The braces and hardware are plastic but seem solid. The top seems pretty durable and I like the rear cargo nets for storage. This top sits up very high. I’m 6ft and can stand with room to spare. I’m really looking forward to taking out my boat and seeing how it holds up. I have a 2001 Bayliner Capri 1950 CL.

Faded badly in one month.
I installed this product in early June. It's now July 11th, about one month of use. It's so badly faded already that the outside, facing the sun is gray and the inside is the original blue. I expect it to fade in time but less than a month??? In cloudy, rainy Ohio?I would not have purchased this top had I known how cheap the fabric is. Very Very disappointed. The fit was great and it was easy to install but that cheap fabric kills any value this thing has.

Good bargain
Hesitated on ordering, was hoping to find heavy canvas material but it's a glorified tarp. In the end though that material allows this cover to be lighter than canvas, will see how long it will hold up. I have storage pockets in the aft of the canopy. Instructions say Max speed 45mph, but I say 15mph.The poles come with plastic fittings, they are softer than the nylon hardware sold here on Amazon.I replaced the hardware where it mounts to boat with quick release metal fittings. It allows the poles to pivot without binding, also I can remove and stow it in under a minute by pushing a button on the base. The poles are decent, .100 thick, bends are joining kink free. Drilled out the rivets which where 5/32. I did shorten my fwd poles by 3" this allows me to lay it perpendicular and store inside the boat under my cover.Assembly took me a whole 15 minutes, the visual diagram was helpful. Pilot Drill size for screws is 5/32, hand screw all fasteners to prevent breaking the screws or stripped threads. The cover has a plastic zipper, but works well.Overall a good buy, if you want a heavy canvas, metal hinges then spend the 500+ otherwise this is a good bargain. The canvas has a 3 year warranty per instructions.

I purchased this and just installed it on my boat ...
I purchased this and just installed it on my boat for the first time out this past weekend. 5 minutes on the water in 15 mph winds, traveling 25 mph, the front right riveted connection sheared off, sending the loose right side rail crashing into my mother and daughter causing minor injuries. When this happened, it also bent the right side of the frame rails beyond recognition and is now unusable.Update: The rep from Summates was very responsive and has agreed to replace the defective top. I will update again once the new top is received, installed and tested. Customer service so far has been excellent!

Amazing deal! Great quality at amazing price and comes with warranty! All hardware and cover boot is included.
Excellent quality and price and it comes with all the hardware and cover boot! To top it off, it comes with a 2yr warranty on materials and 5yr warranty on frame. It is easy to install and stable. Perfect height and size for my 19' Stingray bowrider. Good shade and grey color helps cool us down from Florida heat. I have looked everywhere and this is 50% cheaper than other brands out there!

8 out of 10
It appears to be good quality for the money. Measurements are accurate and when assembled correctly the Bimini fabric has a good taught stretch which should withstand the wind when moving. One disappointment was the fittings to connect to the boat. The photos showed metal fittings and what arrived was nylon/plastic fittings. I went to the $700 price range to get the metal fittings and then they were substituted
