The best gluten free pasta I have had, and I have tried them all. It is very hard to find rice pasta made with WHITE rice rather than brown, so I appreciate that as well. Definitely recommend!

Tastes okay. The box says 6-8 minutes. I find it takes 10 minutes to get it to al dente. Also, I couldn't get an answer to my question about whether they use brown or white rice (in the ayurvedic system brown rice is considered harder to digest and it has also been found to sometimes have more arsenic).

Purchased from a specialty Italian grocer while on vacation. Was slightly less than sold for here, but still well worth the cost for gluten-free pasta that tastes like “regular” pasta. It has a very mild rice flavor, that I actually found appealing; it cooked to a nice al dente; and absorbed the sauce flavors beautifully. I highly recommend for a gluten-free pasta and will be buying again myself to cater to my GF family members.
