Berkley PowerBait FW Ripple Shad 6 Packs Fishing Bait (Pearl White, 3.5-Inch (6 Pack))

Bought a lot of these based on Doug Stange's recommendation and have yet to catch a walleye with one. I have caught the better part of 500 walleye so far this year using Gulp minnows in various colors but not one walleye was taken on a Ripple Shad, rigged straight or flat, large or medium size. Not even in Northwest Ontario!

I am a big fan of these fat bodied paddle baits. I have taken multiple European walleye and pike on these. I use 30-40 lb floro, to help with the pike, and I use a snap at the end to speed up lure changes and to help the jig swim freely. These lures have great body roll and paddle but it's diminished by the leader if there isn't a snap or a loop knot. The eyes last about as long as you'd suspect.

These baits are amazing in action, color, size and durability

A great bait for small mouth or any fish feeding on small baitfish forage. Only annoyance is eyes often pop off when rigging. I use superglue to reapply.

Great bait, good swimmer, catches bass - what more can I say.....

River walleyes love this bait. It works better than a live minnow when I pair it with a jig.

they look a little bit greener than they should...probably because of the small size.

I have always had a good day fishing with these guys. Very realistic, catches lots of Bass and Pike. I wish they would make the all Black Shad again. Cant find those anywhere.

Poor choice of sizes. Only came in 5 inch. Had to purchase 6 pkgs.

These look great in the water and are surprisingly durable. Good stuff.

The body is well made, dense and seems durable. The eyes are junk they fall off very easily. Makes a decent action. No luck using them. Get a few hits but they let go quickly.

I thought these were the bigger ripple shad but that was my fault not the sellers. Still did good with this product

these will work better. love it
